TChen makes.... Pan seared duck breast!!!

I bought a beautiful duck breast yesterday. I turned half of it into duck proscuitto (recipe to come) and the other half into pan seared duck breast. I kept it simple with salt, pepper, oregano, and a dash of chinese five spice powder.
Also, I saved the fat rendered from the breast! Now I have some liquid gold to cook with!
